Our Favorite Taco Recipes include salads, soups, appetizers and so much more. Taco Tuesday doesn’t have to JUST be tacos – or celebrated on Tuesday – to be enjoyed by the whole family.
As we were looking through all of recipes we’ve posted over the last 2 years, we realized how many taco-inspired recipes that are on here.
It’s hard to believe Barbara and I have been working together on These Old Cookbooks since 2017! We have had so much fun sharing our favorite family recipes and creating new ones for you. From digging through our grandma’s recipe card box to gathering family favorite recipes from friends, this blog is truly about easy recipes that not only taste good but also hopefully bring back good memories for those who make and/or eat them.
Sorry for the ramble, back to the Taco Tuesday Recipes!
Favorite Taco Recipes
Below we are sharing some of our favorite taco recipes that appear on These Old Cookbooks. We have split them up into four categories – Taco Salads, Taco Soups, Taco Appetizers and Taco Main Dishes.
We love a good taco salad as you can see because we’ve shared a few on here. A great thing about salads is that you can easily customize them to fit your (or your picky family’s) taste.
- Taco Salad with Homemade Dressing
- Taco Chopped Salad
- Easy Taco Salad
- Flank Steak Salad (taco-seasoned dressing)
Soups are a go-to meal in our family. They are just so easy to make and our families truly love them. Whether made on the stove top or in the crock pot, these taco soups are delicious!
Taco appetizers are always a hit at parties and family gatherings. We love the heartiness of our Crock Pot Sausage Queso Dip just as much as we love the fresh flavor of our Black Bean Caviar Salsa.
Taco Main Dishes
These taco main dishes are soooo good. We have options made in the Instant Pot, casserole slow cooker and in the oven!
- Crock Pot Ground Beef Acapulco Enchiladas
- Sheet Pan Fajitas with Chicken and Steak
- Electric Pressure Cooker Taco Beef
