Easy Crock Pot Taco Soup
What are the two essential ingredients that you can’t leave out? A packet of taco seasoning and a packet of ranch seasoning. If your family likes a bit of spice, use a hot & spicy taco seasoning mix or a higher heat salsa.

She microwaves the frozen ( YES, FROZEN) ground beef in two minute intervals, breaking it up between intervals until browned. In her microwave, it takes around 8 minutes. She also uses the Pampered Chef Mix N Chop. It’s perfect for breaking up ground beef during the cooking process!
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- 24 oz. salsa any kind
- 46 oz. tomato juice
- 1 oz. packet taco seasoning
- 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning
- 15 oz. can black beans
- 15 oz. can red kidney beans
- 15 oz. can corn
Brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
Add flour to ground beef, stirring until flour coats the beef.
Add coated ground beef and all remaining ingredients to the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve over crumbled tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
