What is the best way to reheat cheesy potatoes?
There’s two easy options for reheating cheesy potatoes. For a smaller quantity, warm in the microwave in a microwave-safe container. I like to cover with a wet paper towel to prevent splatter. For a large amount, reheat in a baking dish in the oven covered in aluminum foil at 350 degrees F.

I want to try the cheesey potatos but im allergic to celery so i cant use the cream of celery soup. What can i use instead of that if there is any way I can substitute it?
You could use another cream soup like mushroom or chicken!
The photo looks like shredded frozen has Browns…..do you think it would work just as well to use the diced frozen hash browns.
Yes, you can use diced frozen hash browns!
How long would it take if I double that recipe
We haven’t doubled it before so we can’t say for sure. You might try just adding 1 additional can of cheese soup and cream of celery as you might not need 3 additional cans if it looks wet enough. Regarding timing, your best bet is to use 2 crock pots! If that’s not an option, if you have a larger crock pot, use that and the cooking time should be about the same, maybe slightly longer. If you have a smaller crock pot, then it may need to cook a couple hours longer to heat through…but we can’t be for sure as we haven’t done it before!
