The Weekly Meal Plan for Week 10 includes a ton of great low carb/keto recipes including Grilled Pork Steak and Instant Pot Braised Kale, Crust-less Make Ahead Ham and Cheese Quiche, Crock Pot Pepper Jack Chicken, Sheet Pan Fajitas, Lemon Chicken Salad and Cream of Celery Soup, Taco Stuffed Peppers, Baked Tilapia and Roasted Cauliflower.
What to Expect
This week at These Old Cookbooks, we are serving up delicious meals that Grandma would approve. All of these recipes have simple ingredients (see our grocery list at the bottom of this post) and are easy to follow.
This week’s meal plan is focused around Low Carb Recipes. Even though low carb and keto wasn’t really a thing when Grandma was cooking, we are positive these would have her seal of approval.
One strategy that we are tackling this week is to take some of our favorite recipes that aren’t low carb and converting them. For example, we are omitting the crust in our ham and cheese quiche and baking it in a pie dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Another example is to leave out the brown sugar in our grilled pork steak rub.
See the grocery list below (we didn’t include the ingredients from recipes NOT on our site). You most likely won’t need everything on that list. We are betting that you have many of these ingredients already in your refrigerator or pantry!

Thursday: Low Carb Taco Stuffed Peppers from Beyer Beware
