- It’s a multi-purpose dip; I serve it first with tortilla chips, and if there’s any leftovers, I put a little dab in my tacos. YUM!

How to Make Cowboy Corn Dip (easy corn dip recipe):
- Combine Rotel, canned mexi-corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry ranch mix and green onions.
- Stir until completely incorporated.
- Refrigerate before serving for a couple hours, if possible.
- Optional: top with sliced green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips or add to your favorite taco.

- Mexican-style corn is also called Corn with Peppers.
- Drain both the Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (Rotel) and Mexi-Style corn. Nobody wants a runny dip!

- 10 ounces canned tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons dry ranch mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6-8 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until fully incorporated.
