Hawaiian Glazed Chicken is an easy oven-baked recipe using minimal ingredients. Use this sweet, sticky sauce on chicken wings, thighs, breasts or legs for a family-pleasing meal.

Hawaiian Glazed Chicken Recipe:

My go-to baked chicken recipe is 4-Ingredient Chicken Legs.  But, sometimes it’s nice to change things up a bit.

Whether you are looking for an appetizer or main course, I’ve got you covered with this Hawaiian Glazed Chicken. It’s sweet, it’s sticky, it’s mouthwatering delicious. Baking in the oven creates a tender chicken, and it allows the sauce to thicken and baste the chicken.

I found this sticky glazed chicken recipe in my Caterin to Charleston Cook Book. My friend Dee gifted it to me for Christmas, and it’s been fun to find some southern recipes to add to my repertoire.

The original Hawaiian chicken recipe called for chicken breasts; however, my kids tend to eat wings or legs better so I made an easy substitution.

Feel free to use whatever type of chicken you have on hand or whatever your family prefers. Just be sure to adjust the baking time on these Hawaiian chicken. A good place to start is the back of the package if you are using frozen chicken. On a side note, thaw the chicken completely prior to baking.

The sticky glazed chicken has extra sauce in the bottom of the pan; don’t waste it!  Serve it over rice.
