Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole with Eggs

Do you eat breakfast for dinner at your house? Better know as “Brinner” to some. My family loves when I make eggs, pancakes or breakfast casserole for dinner. I could actually eat breakfast food any time of day.

On the nights (or mornings) that I make a crescent roll egg casserole, everyone is a winner, including me, because it is simple to make. Unroll some crescent rolls and place them in the bottom of a dish. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, and pour beaten eggs over top. Bake in the oven, and boom, it’s time to eat!

Ingredient List for Cheesy Egg Crescent Roll Casserole

What do I need to make a crescent roll breakfast casserole?

For my breakfast casserole with crescent roll crust, I like to add an assortment of breakfast meats including pork sausage, diced ham and bacon bits. You’ve got the option to use one or more of these plus any other of your favorite scrambled egg or omelet fillings.

The icing on the cake though is the crescent roll crust. It’s soft in the center with a little crusty edge on the outside, and with the hint of sweetness of crescent rolls, you can’t go wrong.

To make things super easy, look for the crescent roll sheets at the grocery store. If you can’t find the sheets, regular refrigerated crescent rolls work just fine. Pinch together the seams to make a large sheet of crescent dough that fits in a 13 x 9 inch dish.
