Slow Cooker Turkey Breast is a simple and easy way to serve up a juicy turkey breast every time. With only six ingredients (turkey breast, butter, salt, pepper, onions and garlic), it’s an easy recipe to make any day of the week, not just for Thanksgiving.
Slow Cooker Turkey Breast Recipe:
Turkey breast is one of those entrees that doesn’t get enough love in the other 11 months other than November. I love cooking up a juicy turkey breast in the slow cooker. It can be sliced and eaten with gravy and mashed potatoes or sliced and served on a sandwich. Then, the leftovers can be taken and made into endless recipes (like these). Also remember any recipe that calls for chicken can be made with turkey instead.
I tend to stock up on turkey breast in the freezer section at Aldi. My Mom gave me an awesome recipe for cooking up the frozen turkey breast in the slow cooker. Be sure to check it out. If you aren’t adventurous enough to cook a turkey breast from the frozen state, then this boneless turkey breast recipe in the slow cooker is for you.
