How to Make Pie Crust Roll Ups from Leftover Pie Crust
Step by Step Instructions
- Roll out leftover pie crust with a rolling pin. Sprinkle flour underneath to prevent sticking.
- Brush from end to end, generously, with melted butter.
- Mix toppings in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle from end to end with toppings (see below for our three favorite leftover pie crust cookie fillings). Roll up tightly and generously brush with more melted butter.
- With a sharp knife, cut into 1/3 to 1/2 inch slices.
- Place on baking sheet or cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
