Looking for a new simple whiskey cocktail? Lake Lemonade is just that, an easy combination of four ingredients that tastes like lemonade with a special little surprise. It’s cool and refreshing making it the perfect weekend drink.
Lake Lemonade Cocktail Recipe:
Apparently, the members of the North Carolina Elks Association know how to drink, because that’s where I found this tasty new hard lemonade recipe.
It features Tennessee sour mash (such as Jack Daniel’s) and Triple Sec. Now, I’ll be honest. I had to google Tennessee sour mash. It’s a whiskey that uses old mash to start a new batch of mash during the fermentation process.
This simple whiskey cocktail has just a hint of Jack Daniel’s flavor; it actually tastes just like lemonade. I love that it’s only a four ingredient cocktail, and all the ingredients are easy to find and can be used in many other cocktail recipes. No worries about having a half a bottle of some random ingredient sitting around for the next five years.
This is the perfect whiskey cocktail for hot summer evenings, weekends on the boat, birthday parties, girl’s weekends, and just a regular night at home. Make a little or make a lot; it’s up to you.

This sounds really interesting, but not sure what a a sweet and Sour mix is. I asked at a couple of bottle’s, they didn’t know . Is it a sryup pre mix like a Marigetta …
It’s a non-alcoholic mixer like Margarita mixer. you can search it on Amazon to get an idea what you are looking for. We also found it on Walmart’s app.
