Hamburger Gravy with Cream of Mushroom Soup

Here we go again with a quick and simple dinner idea using ground beef. Now, my Mom has been making from scratch Hamburger Gravy for an eternity, and I love, love, love it.

But, I also like this version of hamburger gravy recipe with cream of mushroom soup. It’s a shortcut meant for quick dinner planning.

I also like the addition of vegetables in my hamburger gravy. The original recipe in my West Virginia cookbook called for canned corn or canned peas (drained), but I fancied it up a tad and went with frozen corn. Personally, I like the texture of frozen vegetable better than canned, but both work!
