  1.  In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, beaten eggs and vanilla; add all-bran cereal and let sit for 5-10 minutes to soften.
  2. To the softened all-bran mixture, add mashed bananas.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, and beat until smooth.
  5. Mix chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon flour; stir into the batter.
  6. Fill muffin tins lined with muffin cup liners 2/3 full.
  7. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  1. I’ve read the recipe several times, and printed it as well. I can’t find chocolate chips in the ingredients, so I’m going to guess at how much to use. Looks good to me.
