- Diced Ham
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic (or garlic seasonings)
This version, however, uses the oven, and it uses canned green beans. I love mixing everything in one dish, covering it with foil, and knowing that every person in my family will lick their plates clean.
How to Make Ham, Potatoes and Green Beans in the Oven
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Drain cut green beans, and then add them to the casserole dish.
- Wash, peel and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add them with the green beans.
- Cut ham steaks or leftover ham into chunks. Stir into the veggie mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper and garlic (or garlic seasoning).
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Storage Instructions
Let the leftovers cool completely. Transfer to an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator. Reheat leftovers in the microwave.
