- 2 - 4 cans Canned Cut Green Beans, liquids drained 14.5 ounce cans
- 2 - 4 large Potatoes diced
- 1 - 2 cups Ham diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Minced garlic (or garlic seasonings)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Drain cut green beans, and then add them to the casserole dish.
Wash, peel and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the green beans in the baking dish.
Cut ham steaks or leftover ham into chunks. Stir into the veggie mixture.
Drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper and garlic (or garlic seasoning).
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
