Ingredients
212.5 oz. cans chunk chicken breast
4hard boiled eggschopped
1/4cupolive oil mayonnaise
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Drain chicken breast, shred with 2 forks.
Mix chicken, eggs, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
A good rule of thumb would be that one (12.5 ounces) can of chicken breast would equal two chicken breasts. Or, another way to think about it is that half of a can of chicken equals one chicken breast.
