- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 8 ounces whipped topping
In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, milk and pumpkin puree.
Stir in pumpkin pie spices.
Fold in cool whip.
Chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
Eat as is, pour into a graham cracker crust or eat as a dip with ginger snaps and apple slices. If desired, top with chopped pecans.
