- 24 ounces white almond bark
- 3/4 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 16 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts salted
Melt almond bark in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each interval.
Add peanut butter and marshmallow fluff; stir until fully incorporated.
Stir in peanuts.
Pour into a 13x9 inch pan that has been greased or lined with parchment paper.
Let cool to set.
- Use creamy or chunky peanut butter whichever one you prefer (or have on hand).
- We made this with regular peanut butter not the all-natural kind that tends to have more oil.
- The peanuts are optional, especially if you use chunky peanut butter. You could also give the peanuts a rough chop if you want smaller pieces.
- Peanuts can be substituted for toasted pecans or slivered almonds.
- Press a topping into the hot fudge mixture before cooling. Toppings could include chopped peanuts, crushed Oreos, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, etc.
- Love sweet and salty? Sprinkle with sea salt before it sets.
