Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white almond bark
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 16 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts salted

Instructions

  • Melt almond bark in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each interval.
  • Add peanut butter and marshmallow fluff; stir until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in peanuts.
  • Pour into a 13x9 inch pan that has been greased or lined with parchment paper.
  • Let cool to set.

Notes

  • Use creamy or chunky peanut butter whichever one you prefer (or have on hand).
  • We made this with regular peanut butter not the all-natural kind that tends to have more oil.
  • The peanuts are optional, especially if you use chunky peanut butter. You could also give the peanuts a rough chop if you want smaller pieces.
  • Peanuts can be substituted for toasted pecans or slivered almonds.
  • Press a topping into the hot fudge mixture before cooling. Toppings could include chopped peanuts, crushed Oreos, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, etc.
  • Love sweet and salty? Sprinkle with sea salt before it sets.
