- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 ounces Dried Beef (chipped beef)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, minced
Cream the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump free.8 oz. cream cheese Chop the dried beef into small squares. Reserve half of the beef for the outside. 2 oz. dried beef Add the remaining chopped beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onions to the creamed cheese. Mix until evenly incorporated. 1 oz. dried beef, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 Tablespoons green onions (minced) Place a large rectangle of saran wrap on a table. Sprinkle the rest of the dried beef in a circle in the center. 1 oz. dried beef Scoop out the cream cheese mixture into the center of the beef.
Shape the cream cheese into a ball, covering the outside with the chopped beef. wrap up the cheese ball with the plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a minimum of 12 to 24 hours.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, etc.
