Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Dried Beef (chipped beef)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, minced

  • Cream the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump free.

Notes

    • I have used both the chipped beef that comes in a jar on the shelf at the grocery store and the Buddig beef packets that are found in the refrigerated section. The canned version tends to be a little saltier but both are delicious.
    • This beef and onion cheeseball tastes best if made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the flavors to marinate.
    • Let the cheeseball sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving so that it becomes spreadable.
