- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar 4 cups
Prepare 8 x 8 inch baking dish by lining with parchment paper so it hangs over the edges.
Measure out 1 cup peanut butter. Add peanut butter with 2 sticks butter to a large saucepan.
Heat over low heat until completely melted, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 pound (4 cups) confectioners (powdered) sugar, keeping it over low heat.
Use a wooden spoon or spatula and stir well until well mixed.
Press the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Let cool at room temperature. Remove from the pan by grabbing the excess parchment paper.
Cut into individual pieces.
