- 15 oz canned whole kernel corn do not drain
- 15 oz canned creamed style corn
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups smoked sausage cut into rounds or half moons
- 3 Tablespoons margarine or butter
Mix all ingredients except butter/margarine and add to a crock pot insert.
Slice butter/margarine on top.
Cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until bubbly.
Stir together well before serving.
- To make this in the oven, follow the above steps but mix it in a casserole dish and bake covered (with foil) in a 350-degree F oven for 45 minutes.
