Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Bacon
  • 4 Chicken Breasts or Cutlets pounded thin
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  • 4 Sandwich Buns or bread of your choice

Instructions

  • Marinade chicken breasts in buttermilk for up to 2 hours. Be sure to pat dry and season heavily with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
  • Place bacon directly on slats of grill, and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Grill chicken breasts until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing, slather both sides of bread or buns.
  • Assemble chicken and bacon over bread.
  • Optional: Add tomatoes, lettuce, pickles or cheddar cheese.
