- 8 pieces Bacon
- 4 Chicken Breasts or Cutlets pounded thin
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
- 4 Sandwich Buns or bread of your choice
Marinade chicken breasts in buttermilk for up to 2 hours. Be sure to pat dry and season heavily with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Place bacon directly on slats of grill, and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning half way through.
Grill chicken breasts until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing, slather both sides of bread or buns.
Assemble chicken and bacon over bread.
Optional: Add tomatoes, lettuce, pickles or cheddar cheese.
