Cheesy Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Casserole
This Cheesy Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Casserole recipe is heavy on the cheesy flavor and uses simple everyday ingredients, including rice, for an easy weeknight meal.
- 24 oz. frozen mixed vegetable blend
- 21 oz. cream of celery soup
- 15 oz. Cheese Whiz
- 2 cups dry INSTANT minute rice
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1-2 cups smoked sausage, diced
- 1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubby and hot in center of casserole. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
