Ingredients

  • 24 oz. frozen mixed vegetable blend
  • 21 oz. cream of celery soup
  • 15 oz. Cheese Whiz
  • 2 cups dry INSTANT minute rice
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1-2 cups smoked sausage, diced
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubby and hot in center of casserole. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
