- 1 small zucchini sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 Tablespoon oil (canola or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian dressing
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook zucchini and peppers 3–4 minutes.
Add corn, seasonings and one good squirt of bottled Italian dressing (1/2 to 1 teaspoon).
Cook 3–4 minutes more. Serve hot.
