Ingredients

  • 30 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 10,5 ounces cream soup (cream of celery, chicken or mushroom)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Brown ground beef; season with salt and pepper. Drain grease, if needed.

Notes

    • Be sure to use an extra large bowl to make mixing easy.
