- 3 - 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
Use the fine shred side of a box grater to grate the eggs. Be careful, it's sharp. Pick out any larger egg pieces that fall into the pile. Alternatively, press the eggs through a coarse sieve.
In a large bowl, gently fold together grated eggs, mayo and relish. Taste, and add more mayo or relish to taste.
Serve on crackers, on toast, between bread slices, on a salad, or on in pita bread.
