- 12 ounce loaf of party bread (rye or pumpernickel)
- 1 - 2 cucumbers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 0.6 ounces Good Seasons Italian Dry Mix
- fresh dill, for garnish
Peel and slice cucumbers, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
Using the paddle attachment on a stand mixer or a hand mixer, cream softened cream cheese with the dry Italian mix.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the party rye.
Top with a cucumber slice.
Sprinkle with dill.
