- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 3 oz. cream of coconut
- 2 oz. White (light) rum
- 2 cups ice
- 1 shot Amaretto
In a blender, mix together pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, and ice until blended and slushy.
In a glass, pour one shot of Amaretto; pour frozen pina colado over the Amaretto.
