Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Arrange chocolate bars in a quadrant pattern.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove, and spread chocolates around. It's ok if the chips are not completely melted. (If the bars aren't completely melted, return to the oven for 1 for 2 more minutes or until soft and melted.)
Sprinkle with toppings. Press gently into the melted chocolate so it sticks.
Refrigerator for one hour or until set.
Break apart or gently use a mallet to break.
Store in the refrigerator in zip-lock bags or an airtight container.

- If you would rather do this in the microwave instead of the oven, then melt each chocolate individually in a large microwave-safe bowl, then pour onto prepared baking sheet. Don't stir the different chocolates together; instead make layers of the chocolates. Then press in the edible decorations. Follow the rest of the instructions.
- Gently press the toppings into the melted chocolate to ensure they stay intact during the breaking process.
- This makes a festive gift for friends, family, teachers, postal workers, etc.
