Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked, shrimp, cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat (surimi)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 Tablespoons finely minced onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (preferably mayo with olive oil)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons fresh dill, snipped

  • Combine all ingredients gently in a large bowl.
