  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 10.5 ounces condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • Black Pepper (generous dash)

    • If desired, add salt. I don't it's necessary since condensed soup tends to be salty.
    • I prefer Italian bread crumbs because I think it gives more flavor; however, regular or panko bread crumbs work too.
    • Golden Mushroom Soup is found in the same aisle as the other condensed soups.
    • If you love a mushroom gravy, add a can of mushrooms to the gravy mix, or add mushrooms sautéed in butter.
