Servings: 2 people
- 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Chop hard boiled eggs. Combine with cream of chicken soup, relish and mustard. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve with crackers, on regular sandwhich bread or on fancy rye bread.
You can eat this egg salad without mayo on crackers, as a sandwich on regular bread, or make it a classy appetizer or finger food by spreading it on rye bread.
