French Onion Rice Casserole
Our French Onion Rice Casserole has loads of rich flavor and is a great side dish for your favorite beef, chicken or pork dish.
- 2 cups dry instant rice
- 10.5 oz. French onion soup (condensed)
- 15 oz. beef broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour into a greased 2 quart or 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
