Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry instant rice
  • 10.5 oz. French onion soup (condensed)
  • 15 oz. beef broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together all ingredients.  
  • Pour into a greased 2 quart or 8 x 8-inch baking dish. 
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
