- 4-6 pork chops
- 32 oz. frozen apple chunks
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
Arrange pork chops in a crock pot insert that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix apple chunks and cinnamon together; pour over pork chops.
Work butter, sugar and flour together until butter is in small pea sized bits, using a pastry blender, two knives or your hands.
Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours or until pork chops are cooked to your liking.
