Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 32 oz. frozen apple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour

Instructions

  • Arrange pork chops in a crock pot insert that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix apple chunks and cinnamon together; pour over pork chops.
  • Work butter, sugar and flour together until butter is in small pea sized bits, using a pastry blender, two knives or your hands.
  • Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
  • Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours or until pork chops are cooked to your liking.
