  • 1 - 2 zucchini, small to medium in size
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

  • Wash zucchini and cut in half lengthwise. If the zucchini has large seeds, remove with a spoon. Do not peel.
