  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon pickling spice
  • 16 ounces pickled beets with the juices (or approximately 1 1/2 cups leftover pickled beet juice)
