Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls 8 ounces
  • 1 - 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pound cooked breakfast sausage (or other breakfast meats)
  • 8 - 10 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Unroll crescent rolls. Press into bottom of prepared baking dish forming a crust. Pinch the seams together.

  • If you like to add milk to your scrambled eggs, go ahead and add a little bit to the beaten eggs in this recipe.
  • You may need to add another egg or two if the beaten eggs do not cover all the ingredients.
