Notes

  • I use fresh asparagus, approximately 1 pound. More or less can be used if desired. Just eyeball the other ingredients. This recipe is hard to mess up.
  • For the mayonnaise, I use regular but you could use one with less fat or with olive oil. 
  • Don't overthink the grated Parmesan cheese. Use the cheap kind in the green plastic container.
  • Black pepper is optional. 
  • For a new spin, add in some dry Ranch Italian seasoning with the mayonnaise.
