Tender Crock Pot Spare Ribs

- 2 lbs. baby back ribs or pork spare ribs
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion medium sized, sliced thin
Combine flour and brown sugar, add soy sauce and water and mix well.
Cut the baby ribs in half so that they fit into the crock pot insert.
Add to insert, top with onions. Pour water mixture over ribs.
Bake on low for 8 hours.
If you are home, rotate the two racks of ribs so that they are submerged into the liquid half way through cooking.

- Use baby back or pork spare ribs, whichever you prefer or have on hand.
- Soy sauce tenderizes the ribs to make them fall off the bone.
