- 12 ounces uncooked sausage patties
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
- 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- Optional: cooked rice, mashed potatoes or biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8 x 8 inch or 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat oil in large skillet; brown sausage patties on both sides, pressing down a bit as you fry.
Remove from skillet, and arrange in prepared baking dish.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over top of cooked sausage patties.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Eat as is, or serve over cooked rice, mashed potatoes or biscuits.

- Fry and press flat in vegetable oil.
- Cover with cream of mushroom soup, and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 - 45 minutes.
