Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, chopped (optional)
  • 12 ounces frozen lima beans, thawed and drained
  • 12 ounces frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Heat butter in large skillet or saucepan. Sauté onions until soft but not browned.
