Notes

  • This is the perfect party or holiday side dish. It serves a crowd, and everyone loves it.
  • Cream cheese corn isn't the most fun to clean from a crock pot insert. Do yourself a favor, and use a slow cooker liner for this recipe.
  • If you freeze your own sweet corn, use it for this cream cheese corn recipe.
  • Substitute half and half for heavy whipping cream if desired.
  • Be sure to thaw your frozen corn before adding it to the crock pot. If you start with frozen corn, add some time to your cooking time.
  • Substitute any of your other favorite shredded cheese for cheddar, if desired.
  • Add jalapenos or canned, diced green chilies to make it a Mexican Cream Cheese Corn recipe.
  • Bacon bits would also be an amazing addition to this best ever creamed corn recipe.
  • This is the perfect side dish with my Oven Pulled Pork
