- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 5 cups shredded cabbage (one head)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until it begins to lightly brown.
Add shredded cabbage, stir, and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove lid and stir. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and cream, cover and simmer for 4 more minutes.
