1poundsmoked sausage, diced
1small onion, diced
1-2celery stalks, diced
2-3garlic cloves, minced
water
15ouncescanned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15ouncescanned black beans, drained and rinsed
15ouncescanned chili beans
14ouncescanned corn, drained
15ouncescanned diced tomatoes
1/2cupsalsa
Instructions
Add smoked sausage, onion, celery and garlic to a large soup pot or saucepan; add just enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to simmer until the sausage is tender, approximately 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; and simmer until warmed through.
