  • 1 head cabbage
  • 10.5 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup Velveeta, diced
  • 1 cup butter crackers (like Ritz) crushed
  1. Shred or chop cabbage (we use our Ninja). Cook in boiling water until tender; drain well.

  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

  3. Spread cream of celery over cabbage; top with diced Velveeta.

  4. Stir to mix cabbage, soup and cheese.

  5. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top of casserole

  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
