- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (see notes)
In a large bowl, add sour cream and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Whisk by hand or with a mixer until sugar is dissolved.
Taste, and add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar at a time, until your desired sweetness.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Serve with cut up fruit, pretzels, graham crackers or cookies.
