  • 4 medium kohlrabi
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Trim, peel and slice kohlrabi. Boil in salted water until fork tender about 15 minutes. Drain.
