- 16 ounces Bowtie Pasta cooked
- 26 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
- 16 ounces Chopped Spinach, frozen thawed
- 4 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
- 8 ounces Colby Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Butter sliced
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cooked pasta and soup. Stir until coated.
Add spinach, chicken and half of the cheese.
In a lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish, pour in casserole mixture.
Bake covered for 30 to 45 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
Optional: Broil for the last 3-5 minutes to brown the cheese.
- Substitute cooked, diced chicken, leftover rotisserie chicken or canned chunk chicken breast.
