Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops and Rice is a meal for the whole family. Let the pork chops cook all day and just add the rice when you are ready to eat.
Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat each pork chop evenly with the mixture.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on each side until golden brown.
Add browned chops to crock pot insert.
Pour condensed French Onion soup, water and celery seeds over pork chops.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Add instant rice and stir. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high or until the rice is cooked through.
