Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Instructions
  1. Chop hard boiled eggs. Combine with cream of chicken soup, relish and mustard. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired. 

  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. Serve with crackers, on regular sandwhich bread or on fancy rye bread.

Recipe Notes

You can eat this egg salad without mayo on crackers, as a sandwich on regular bread, or make it a classy appetizer or finger food by spreading it on rye bread.
