- 2 cups dry instant rice
- 10.5 oz. French onion soup (condensed)
- 15 oz. beef broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together dry, uncooked rice, beef broth, melted butter and Condensed French Onion Soup.
Pour into a greased 2 quart or 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. See next step.
10 minutes before end of cooking, fluff the top of the French Onion Rice with a fork to prevent the top from being crunchy.
